I hope you are having a wonderful Halloween kind of day! Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, all the dressing up and running around town being someone wild and crazy. So fun!
What are you up to today? Will you be dressing up and trick or treating? Will you be hosting a little party?

Our Master Bath updates are well under way! I could not be more excited to get this project completed. I chose all of the pieces very slowly, which is not normal for me- I was having a tough time making choices. For the shower we are using
Walker Zanger Studio Moderne Petit Imperial in Jute as the inset with the small matching field tile and trim, I LOVE it! It looks so amazing! The sink will be a free standing piece with a limestone top, the
kraus vessel sinks,
Kholer wall mounted faucets and custom mirrors and lighting.
This is what the bathroom looked like last week (below). Which was making me crazy. Since then we have pulled all the tile as well as the mirror, sinks and cabinets, they were so bad. I will be giving you an update next week on our progress, which I am excited to say does not included exposed insulation!

Some days you need the clean lines of something simple to make everything fall into place. I am totally in love with these paintings by
Amaryllis Truth and this table is screaming for placement in a clients home! I have to use them both somewhere soon or I will have to buy them for myself!

I love this little corner of this room. Can you even imagine what the rest looks like? I think that the dark finishes against the dark paint is just the perfect amount of an accent and could not have been done better!

I love the idea of an eclectic wall arrangement. It takes some work and a lot of time to get it right but it can be so fun when it comes together.
What about you- do you like everything symmetrical and neat or does balanced and fun do the trick?

When I was up at the PDC a few weeks ago I found some
Mark Alexander fabrics and I am completely in love with them. They are soft, made in a wonderful group of colors with fresh and beautiful patterns.
I cannot wait to show you what I plan to make with them!! So fun!

I think that every photo or space has that little something. The something that makes it great. For this space it is truly the way that the pillow contrasts with the rest of the space. It is so necessary but at the same time so different from everything going on in there. I love that little something....
I hope you are enjoying your weekend! I am having trouble not working.. you know how it is when you feel like you should be doing something constructive but everyone around you is rebelling? That is how this weekend is going...

I love the simplicity of it all. The colors are soft, all white dishes, simple repetition, and clean lines. So relaxed.
This weekend is full of chores and work on the Master Bath. I should have everything ordered and going. With all of the final decisions made around here I should be able to give you a little update. I am excited but very ready for it to be finished!!
What are you up to this weekend?

I cannot believe it is Wednesday already! Another week disappearing right before my eyes...
The bathroom remodel is well underway and I am getting excited! Tile comes in at the end of the week and will be installed next week. I remember when I started all of this I wanted to have a
gorgeous gilded mirror like this for over the sinks. Alas, it will not be that way but I have a few fun things up my sleeve to make it just so.

I have been working with
Cisco Brothers for the past 10 years and I have never been disappointed! Their attention to detail and beautiful styles are what make them one of my all time favorites as well as my go to companies when I am designing a project.
I have been using these
hand blown jug lamps in a bunch of my projects as of late- so pretty either lit or unlit.
I was in their home store in
LA a few months back to pull fabrics and took a few pictures.. They have
showrooms all over - I highly suggest you check them out if you can!
