I have a soft spot for the re-purposed wine jugs. They are usually such a great natural shape. I simply adore them with a little grouping of tree branches or full tropical leaves, the perfect accent.

Oh my goodness are we really moving on this new year thing. Without a moments rest we will be having a photo shoot with
One Kings Lane today and then in a dead run to complete some projects for February. I am looking forward to redesigning the shop and the portfolio site for a fresh new face for 2013 too. I did take a little time late on Saturday night to catch up on some blog reading and I noticed some very inspiring
New Year Resolution lists out there, I feel as if I should make a formal one for myself, how about you did you make a list?
What have you been up to in this new year?

Is this not an amazing space? I love the texture of the brick with the curved lines over the windows. Such a wonderful detail. The fresh clean lines of the furnishings are a great way to offset the rustic ceiling in the space.

So I know I have been changing it up a little around here with more and more chatting... but sometimes I think change is a good thing! (I hope you do too). Anyway, I am going to chat this up because I simply love it. I love the graphic pillow on the white sofa and I love the split wall with grey and creamy paint. I love the lack of accessories and things. This is pretty amazing. I know it is not my home because my dog would knock that vase off of that little stool in about 5 minutes but I still love it.
This picture makes me wish I had not sold off my dining head chairs... humm. I think I saw some yesterday and now I really want them back!

I was browsing through my latest copy of Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles and saw these images.. I love the slight twist on traditional style that is in this space. I love the settee in the entry it makes me weak in the knees! Just that little splash of color is so perfect. There is a fresh mix of old and new that looks like a real home and a real person living in it.
